How to play TriPeaks Solitaire

Choose a round of TriPeaks Solitaire and settle into its rules. Remove all three peaks from the tableau. Use the example below to understand a decision. Make your first input carefully and watch the result. Choose a clear next step rather than rushing through the instructions.

Three-peak covered layout with a single-pass draw stock. Free solo play, no wagering.

A careful first round

Before your first action, say what you are trying to achieve. Then compare the result with the goal. Keep the objective visible.

Your goal

Remove all three peaks from the tableau. Keep that objective in view throughout the round. Review the board or playing area as it changes.

Step by step

  1. Take an exposed card one rank above or below the waste top. Ace and king connect in this edition.
  2. Click an exposed card or eligible pair to remove it.
  3. Draw when useful.
  4. Undo reverses a choice. New deal shuffles again.

Controls

Click or tap cards and piles. Wide tableaus scroll inside the game; use Undo, Hint and New deal where shown. A careful first action helps you become familiar with the layout. Return to the rules if the result is unexpected.

A useful example

Waste 7 accepts exposed 6 or 8. Your next round may have a different position, so inspect it before acting. Choose a deliberate next step.

Watch out for this

Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A hint is a legal move, not a winning strategy. Take a moment to reassess the position before continuing. Choose one rule to keep in mind for this round. Apply it consistently rather than guessing what another version might allow.
